All guests have access to the grounds where sun and beautiful views await. There are several areas with chairs, tables and umbrellas and one can choose freely to stroll between the lake, the natural springs, decks and garden areas.
The cool loggias host a collection of antique farm tools, harnesses and everything else the horse lover needs to enjoy a private ride. We assure you that there is room for everyone and no one knows this better than Cornelia and Vanilla ( OUR HORSES ! ).
You will also find a old wood burning oven where you can try your luck as pizza makers or bakers - with a little bit of work and wood you are sure to have success. A small library is on hand, with various books on Chianti, art, history, narrative, nature, nearby tourist route and bicycle rentals.



"Tegline"

Sleeps 2 + 2 with 2 bathrooms, 88 mq., ground floor.

This is the largest apartment of the farmhouse try to preserve the authentic feel of the past situated at the ground floor. A very big living room is the heart of the house (mq 33) with an old large table and several sofas from a side a french door directly in the aoutside loggia , a good place for eating or reading if the weather is good, from the other side the equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, conventional and microwave oven, stainless steel sink, and a fireplace in which you can cook. Then two double bedrooms with period furniture, two bathrooms one with shower and the other largest with Bath BE both with tessellated mosaic. In every rooms original old wooden beams.


  

  




"La Torre"

Sleeps 2 + 1 with 2 bathrooms, 62 mq., first and second floor, (old turret).

Preserving authentic feel of the past was the main objective of this apartment. Living room/dining room is located on the first floor with a wonderful view of the lake: between the two windows an antique “graniglia” and stone sink with original brass taps fully operational. Small hide away kitchen unit, with fridge, stove, microwave oven and steel sink. Large, original fireplace, small sofa and large table. Small bedroom (single bed) with period furniture, bathroom with shower and tessellated mosaic. Located on the second floor, the Turret, is a romantic bedroom (double bed) with old wooden beams and two small windows with view, and period furniture.


  

  




"Balzellone"

Sleeps 2 + 1, 1 bathroom, 60 mq, first floor.

This apartment is a mix of old and new. Living room/dining room characterized by stone lunette, large wheel table, sofa, kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, microwave oven, and stainless steel sink - some piece of period furniture. Bedroom is made up of a double bed and one single bed with French glass doors looking out onto the olive groves, period furniture, bathroom with shower and tessellated mosaic, small study with view of surrounding wood and fields.


  

  




"La Fonte"

Sleeps 2, 1 bathroom, 60 mq.

Located on the ground floor with outside eating garden area. A private garden directly off the large living room/dining room with kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, conventional and microwave oven, stainless steel sink, and sofa. Bedroom has large double bed with period furniture, bathroom with shower and tessellated mosaic. Garden is equipped with chairs, table, umbrella, barbecue and beautiful view of lake, wood and surrounding fields.
