PAYMENT AND BOOKING PROCEDURE

The client must communicate the choice of apartment, subject to availability. The client is asked to pay 20% of the total cost, as a deposit to secure the booking. We will hold the apartment for four working days while waiting on confirmation of your payment. Upon receipt of this deposit, we will confirm the booking via e-mail or fax. The outstanding sum due is to be paid on arrival at Podere Tegline.

CANCELLATION

Your deposit will be refunded if the cancellation has been communicated at least 30 days prior to arrival date, minus bank charges. If the cancellation is made after 30 days, there will be no refund. Rental charge does not include cancellation insurance.
